Annual contract assures uninterrupted service. Packages including Remote Monitoring and support and Offsite Backup available with 10 gigabytes or more of storage on secure servers.

Onsite Computer Services offers a full range of service plans that are tailored to the needs of our client.
Help Desk Service Plan:
- The Help Desk Service Plan is a Break / Fix plan where you call us when needed and is designed for the Small Office / Home Office where the operations are not computer dependant and up time and productivity are not a primary concern
- The plan provides a Help Desk icon on your desktop to submit your service requests. The tech will respond to your request and come in remotely with your permission to service your needs.
- The remote services are billed in 15 minute increments.
- There is a reasonable setup charge to put you into our system and configure your computers.
Managed Services Plan:
- The Managed Services Plan is fully customizable and is for companies whose operations are computer dependant and up time and productivity are a primary concern.
- The plan provides a Help Desk icon on your desktop to submit your services requests. The tech will respond to your request and come in remotely with your permission to service your needs.
- Antivirus software for your workstations
- E-Mail Filtering for Spam, Spoofing and Spyware
- Offsite Internet Backup to protect your valuable data
- The backup service notifies you of any failed backup
- Remote Login so you can access your office computer from anywhere
- We use a program that has the same features as Go To My PC
- Monitoring of your computer system for potential problems
- Asset Management report for your Computers Systems
- Monthly preventive maintenance to keep you efficiently up and running.
- Monthly service report detailing all services provide and monitoring results.
- There is a setup charge to put you into our system and configure your computers.
